This series of philosophical discussions aims to become the charter for the creation of a slew of parallel but inter-supporting organizations that will help achieve the very same goals.

The organization's SKAInet.cloud program is envisioned as a Crowd Sourced data gathering platform with a non-profit motive.

It will help the masses of people to observe and record their surroundings and make notes on various Economic, Social, and Industrial data patterns seen in the Rural and MSME Sectors.

This data is to be layered onto Geographical and Topological maps to help people understand how societal patterns are still greatly influenced by Terrain and Geography.

Geographic advantages for setting up operations and transport solutions necessitate access to rivers or underground aquifer systems for water as well as raw materials. Climate, weather and environment also need factoring.

The A.I. developed will help MAP out the Various interdependencies of Human Society, Economics, and Industry. Special Emphasis is needed on helping small and medium industries gather real insights into markets.

SKAInet.cloud hopes to prioritize mapping the Unorganized sectors.

Inflation in developing nations can also be traced to the slowing down of the movement of money due to inaccurate predictions made by the MSME sectors due to the lack of organized data and insights in this spectrum of enterprise.

The SocchO’ Adhiraj! || ThinkO’ Leader! philosophy looks at Artificial intelligence as a tool for evolving human minds - instead of replacing them. Only then can there be accountability for the insights assimilated.

The Three Sister Foundations to enable the philosophy to materialize its goals:

Pragya Kanya

Pragya means “insight” or “wisdom” - This is a parallel organization that strips the crowd sourced data across domains and generates distilled insights or wisdom “shapes”.

Qualitative, Multi-Dimensional Dependency Nodes - mapped as shapes. This organization collects crowd-sourced data, which is then marked with a level of “Truth” indicator using A.I. algorithms that cover not only weighted average and Statistical regression based quantitative models - But also Qualitative dependency maps that light up brighter with more interconnections that are found to be in sympathy with each other.

This organization is better registered separately for each geographic region with separate regional members and along with a few from the Surya Kanya (SKAI Foundation). Hence there is a need for separate registrations as per region to ensure stability via compartmentalization.

Should the data collected in any specific region be challenged, it should not hamper the operations of other regions. The wisdom “shapes” and insights after stripping off unnecessary proper nouns - shall be shifted to Surya Kanya (SKAI Foundation).

Regional Pragya Kanya organizations also function as a facilitator of communities to adopt the use of its Tools and the Regional SKAI Panchayat.cloud portal. (Described Below).

Separate vertical for functional reasons. The tools also shall be developed by crowdsourcing using an Open source software development model. The Open Source Security Foundation Charter shall be used as the basic framework that can be further modified as per need.

Crowd sourced software development also faces the risk of legal challenges with regard to Intellectual Property because one cannot fully control crowdsourced development. Particularly if contributing developers have taken some conceptual inspiration from work done by themselves on proprietary software.

Hence this is to create an operational compartmentalization with Surya Kanya assimilated intelligence. A project of this scope has to have this level of compartmentalization.

A forum inside Buddhi Kanya, that will spawn into a web tool that also forms the backend of other Web Applications. The requirement of this tool is to be a Language Translator which can translate words into different languages specializing in domain specific words and phrases (farming, construction, electrical etc.)

There needs to be a strong assimilated intelligence element instead of just artificial intelligence, because each domain has very unique technical words and phrases that Actual Humans need to help sort and teach the artificial intelligence programs. Some of these words may not translate very well and quorum based (via the forum) group consensus is needed for such phrases - in specific domains and in each language.

One must note, that from education to expression of ideas for industrial and entrepreneurial exchanges - one has to encourage peoples regional languages. We must not forget that the vast majority of Indians (or people of the whole world) actually think in their own mother tongue for their formative years.

Suddenly asking them to express more intricate concepts in a common popular or common language, is what stifles genius and creativity.

Countries like France, Germany and Japan have proven that genius can be better expressed if one allows students to communicate for education - primary and technical - and also Work, in their own mother tongue.

With regard to developing nations like India, we are sitting on a gold mine of potential innovation and creativity and enterprise, provided we do not always expect the final mile execution and communication to be in a Common or Popular language for the sake of collaboration.

The SKAI Ayesha tool will fill that gap. Different languages covered Subject by Subject (education level) and Domain by Domain (Technical and vocational training as well as Work and Governance Collaborations).

This will suddenly enable the rural and urban masses( who often think and work only in English) to collaborate more efficiently and Developing nations can truly unlock their potential for stability, creativity and transformation.

SKAI Ishani

A forum inside Buddhi Kanya, that also spawns into a Web Application. Tool to Crowdsource problems in the rural areas where the most common ones by weighted average are co related and sent up to the Administration for priority action.

But the unique feature of the app is, relegating the lesser instances of problems faced - to the nearby villages participating in the community forum to help each other out as part of community living. Sorting such problems out amongst themselves by pooling their energy and resources out of free will.

That is anyway the way of being for a vast number of rural folk, SK ISHANI is making it more efficient and reactive, while also having SKAI net.cloud program as a witness gathering insights.

A very critical requirement of this Application has to be not to allow it to become a tool for political or personal bickering. Artificial Intelligence algorithms are needed to identify such vendettas and flag the information being inputted by users with warnings - before allowing them to be publicly visible.

Use of a list of region specific Proper Nouns (forum decided and regularly updated or edited list) is the way forward to help the A.I.

Right now, we see Coders trying to become domain experts in various fields. Ideally it should be domain experts who also code very well.

For this to become the natural reality in the future, we must reach young children at their developing stage now and teach them how to code.

Turn every challenge faced in the community, into a flow chart and then code a solution. That is the kind of culture we must instill immediately in children starting ages 6 and upward.

That is how the next decade will truly be the age of Information and Awareness.

A few Children from the community who show greater interest in coding beyond the basic modules - can be encouraged to seek more evolved modules and access the paid services of the same company of their own accord. (or any other company!)

Too much spoon feeding can be detrimental and offering everything so easily to the community children may not instill a sense of respect for such. Hence only the fundamental modules are to be provided via the SKAI CODE Mitra.cloud portal.

Something on the lines of Public Private Partnerships can be worked out as this is a very important part of the vision that the philosophy presents.

Prepare young minds who in a decade will be ready to program the future machines -simple and complex- to take care of daily tasks. Even a mini excavator or farm equipment that can be programmed to control its operations can be called a Robot!

And the future of farming will definitely have more of those.

A.I, Automation and robotics will then allow human beings to spend more time studying and evolve their awareness.

This can happen easily in a community setting where community members can take turns throughout the year, being either in a working phase - or else spending time mastering multi domain skills. Something on the likes of the Israeli Kibbutz community living style, but more evolved.

Having Community kitchens, shared child rearing and resources. Operating as self-sufficient - for Profit Farming, Technological manufacturing and service Oriented and R&D villages - arranged in the RGU system.

This kind of community driven social organization will be able to allow its members to Hone their skills, observe others' work, increase their overall awareness of how everything (social, economic and philosophical realities ) connect in the larger scheme of things.

But all this extra time and awareness can only be had if A.I. Coding and technology is encouraged from a young age as the culture. This part of the program should be fast tracked and is of prime importance.

The SKAI Panchayat portal is to be licensed from the Buddhi Kanya for a very nominal charge required to maintain the portal and further develop it.

Each regional Pragya Kanya seeded community members get to browse the collective insights available for its regional dashboard.

Also, Physically close communities can even volunteer to aid neighboring communities with their challenges if it is within their capability to do so using their resources and they are willing to do so.

Strength, not just in intra community but also inter community groups.

For many challenges that are not physical in nature (for example requiring some kind of advisory or some clerical help during a period of overload in another community) - they can be handled by partnering communities on a Virtual Arrangement even if they are not geographically nearby.

In Fact the philosophy insists on the need for having both close proximity partner communities as well as geographically isolated partner communities.

During times of emergency (Climate or social or otherwise) it can be of great help if a partner community from a far away location is already in handshake with the community in trouble.

They can be supported by remote gathering of real time information from responders in the emergency area and seeing the larger picture and offering insights - while based in a location far away from the emergency and action.

They can also be voluntary arranging of resources later to aid the stricken community from a geographically distant partner. Imagine one community having a partner community with two other adjoining partners in the physical region.

Another two partner communities in two different districts but the same state. Another two partner communities from two separate states.

At some point, perhaps even an international partner community willing to adopt the Tools and Structure that enable the Community Arrangement patterns described in the

philosophy.

This format lets the communities themselves work like an SHG or NGO to ease the workload on the Government of the land.

One must remember, government management is essentially limited to a pyramid structure. What it can be effectively relied upon of course is to function as the nervous system and brains of the community.

But it would make far more sense if communities themselves formed the muscle for self governance, development and aid.

That is what the SKAI Ishani web Application feeding into the SKAI Panchayat Regional Alignment Portals - will enable.
